While we’re confident you’ll love our products, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail we apply to our premium flatware and food containers.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be in resalable condition
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packages of disposable dinnerware, flatware, or food & beverage containers that have been used or removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team: Email [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for approval: Our customer service team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Glendale facility at your expense (unless the return is due to our error). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Processing time is typically 1-2 business days after return receipt
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of disposable flatware or dinnerware
  • Used food & beverage containers
  • Damaged high chair or booster seats (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
