Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re confident in our premium disposable dinnerware and serving solutions, we understand occasional returns are necessary. Our policy is designed for your convenience while maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Return Details

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Package Your Return

    Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send to our Glendale facility at your expense (unless the error was ours). We recommend trackable shipping.

Refund Processing

  • Replacement shipped after we receive your return
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days after return receipt
  • We cover shipping costs for exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened packages of disposable flatware or dinnerware
  • Used food & beverage containers
  • Damaged high chair or booster seats (must be reported within 48 hours)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged/incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange replacement/refund at no additional cost
