- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
While we’re confident in our premium disposable dinnerware and serving solutions, we understand occasional returns are necessary. Our policy is designed for your convenience while maintaining hygiene standards.

- Condition: Unused, original packaging, resalable condition
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Step-by-Step Return Process

Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Return
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship Your Return
Send to our Glendale facility at your expense (unless the error was ours). We recommend trackable shipping.

Refund Processing
- Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchange Processing
- Replacement shipped after we receive your return
- Processing time: 1-2 business days after return receipt
- We cover shipping costs for exchanges
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of disposable flatware or dinnerware
- Used food & beverage containers
- Damaged high chair or booster seats (must be reported within 48 hours)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged/incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund at no additional cost
